| Talk about above and beyond!!!!! I called the day before my daughter?s road test because her wiper motor stopped working. I asked please Rene is there any chance you can work a miracle and sure enough, they squeezed us in (even short staffed). They fixed the motor and also reset her codes so the engine light went off! Exceptional customer service made my baby girls dream come true when she was holding her N the next day! Thanks so much!!! |

No matter what work our vehicles need, the staff work hard to complete the service booked. When we go in saying that there is "such and such" a noise, the mechanics work diligently until they find out what is wrong and then they get it fixed. We are so grateful for the professionism and the skills of all of the Fernridge staff . |
